FAQs

What is the treatment protocol?
Your facial is customized based on your skin type, concerns, and goals. Most treatments include cleansing, exfoliation, targeted serums or masks, hydration, and SPF. HydraFacial® treatments may also include extraction, boosters, lymphatic drainage, and LED therapy depending on the service selected. For ongoing skin maintenance, facials are commonly scheduled every 4-6 weeks.

Is there downtime after a facial?
Most facials have little to no downtime. Mild redness or sensitivity may occur, especially when exfoliation, extractions, dermaplaning, or a peel is added. Your provider will review any specific post-treatment instructions.

Which facial is best for me?
The best treatment depends on your skin concerns and goals. HydraFacial® is ideal for hydration, congestion, and overall refresh; the ANEW Signature Facial is a great customized maintenance treatment; and more advanced facials may be recommended for concerns such as texture, dullness, fine lines, or uneven tone.
